1. What Betscapes is

Betscapes ("the Service", "we", "us") is an information and analytics platform. Our AI model ("SCOUT") publishes football match probabilities, predictions, statistics and related commentary. The Service provides information only. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. What Betscapes is not

The Service is not a bookmaker, does not accept or place bets, does not handle gambling funds, and does not provide betting, financial, or investment advice. Predictions are probabilities, not guarantees or promises of outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any decision to place a bet, and its consequences, are entirely yours.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction if that is higher. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the information we provide is lawful where you live. The Service is void where prohibited. We may refuse or withdraw access in jurisdictions where operation would be unlawful.

4. Your account

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account and one free trial per person. The following are prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination without refund: creating multiple accounts; sharing, reselling, republishing or redistributing picks or content; automated access, scraping or data harvesting; reverse engineering or attempting to discover the model's methods; abusive or fraudulent behaviour, including payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

All fees are non-refundable. SCOUT's picks and analysis are digital content delivered and consumed immediately upon access. By subscribing, you expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you thereby lose any withdrawal ("cooling-off") right in respect of content already delivered, to the extent permitted by law. Chargebacks filed in place of following this policy are treated as payment fraud and lead to account termination. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period, never retroactively.

6. Responsible use

Gambling involves risk of financial loss and can be addictive. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, stop, and seek help (for example BeGambleAware.org or your local support organisation). We may display responsible-gambling information in the Service and may refuse service where we believe use has become harmful.

7. Intellectual property

All content of the Service, including SCOUT's predictions, analysis, text, design, branding, software, and the underlying models and data pipelines, is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own use. Redistribution, publication, resale, or commercial exploitation of picks or data is prohibited without our written permission.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without uptime guarantees; outages, data delays, maintenance windows and third-party failures (data providers, hosting, payments) can occur. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonably possible we announce material changes in advance. No compensation is owed for unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that data will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of money staked, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service or its content.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with no refund for the current period. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these terms as part of a business transfer; you may not assign them. These terms are governed by the laws of our country of establishment, and disputes belong to its courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the Service with a new version number and effective date at least 14 days before they apply. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
