Refund policy: subscription fees are non-refundable. SCOUT's picks and analysis are digital content consumed immediately upon access, so once a billing period starts, that period is final. Cancelling prevents all future charges and your access continues until the period ends. Statutory rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
